Agile Commander License Agreement

This software is shareware like. That means you can test it before buy license key. To buy a license key, please visit Agile Commander website. Please use real email address in order because it will be connected to your license key without the possibility to change it. License key will be send to your email address. The same email address will be used in registration process.

Unregistered software limitation

Unregistered software are limited to 20 stories and can be used only for testing before buy license key.

Registration

After registration there are no unregistered software limitations. In order to register Agile Commander open registration window, enter email (from order), license key and click register. License key is valid for all supported architectures, backends and operating systems.

You can register the software with your license key on up to 3 computers for your use, but you can use this software only on one computer at the same time.

Businesses/teams must purchase at least as many license keys as the number of people using Agile Commander. The software may not be run as a part of a website.

Updates

We release free minor (for example from version 1.0 to 1.1 or from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2) updates of Agile Commander and make these updates available via web download. You can update your installation when/if you want.

Major updates (for example from version 1.0 to 2.0) may not be free.

Other rights and limitations

1. You may make copies of the license key and/or Agile Commander for backup purposes.

2. You may not distribute/sell Agile Commander or license keys (in any form) to third parties. License key will be revoked if distributed/sold to third parties.

3. You may not lend, lease or rent the software or license key

4. You may not modify, translate, disassemble, decompile or in any other way create derivative works of the software. If you want translate the software contact to our support.

5. We reserve the right to terminate this license agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any condition of this license agreement. In such event, you agree to destroy the software, including all copies, backups, license keys, license files in any form.

Limitations of Liability

The software and its associated documentation are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express of implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall Digital Karabela – Andrzej Kilijański be liable for any damages due to use of Agile Commander, to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Digital Karabela – Andrzej Kilijański liability arising out of the use or inability to use the software exceed the amount that you have actually paid for the software.
